Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled start date of the hunting trip will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled start date of the hunting trip will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total trip cost. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start date of the hunting trip will not be eligible for a refund. Any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Subject to availability, participants may request to reschedule their hunting trip to a later date within the same hunting season or the following season, without incurring additional charges. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the original scheduled start date. Participants who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or who depart before the scheduled completion of the hunting trip will not be eligible
